Built inside one of Whatnot's largest live sellers and run on its floor every day — 631 live shows through it and 300,000+ orders shipped, as of September 2026.

  • Fewer claims. Every scan on record: who packed it, when, what went in.
  • Fewer losses. Every miss is named before it becomes a refund.
  • More hours on air. The packing runs itself; you run the show.

“The show used to be the easy part. Then we’d spend the rest of the night figuring out who bought what. Having everything organized while we’re selling makes the whole night feel different.”

— Jamie R.

Slip + label matched

Prove what went in the box.

Slip and label matched at the bench, every scan on record. A missing-item claim is answered with who packed it, when, and what was scanned.

“We sell a lot of similar-looking items. That scan check before packing is probably my favorite feature. It’s one less thing I have to worry about when we’re trying to get orders out.”

BUILT ON A WAREHOUSE FLOOR, NOT IN A PITCH DECK

We sell live.
We pack orders.
We built this.

Resale Station grew inside one of the largest live sellers on Whatnot and eBay, around the daily work of hosts, pickers, packers and the people keeping it all moving. Every screen exists because somebody on that floor needed it.

That is the operation behind the product.

300,000+orders shipped
631live shows run through the system
161,740SKUs catalogued
21,960eBay listings managed

What counts as an order

Every order that lands, from every marketplace, counted in the calendar month it lands. The count starts again on the 1st.

What counts as a listing

Your active listings right now, across your stores. A level, not a monthly count; ended listings stop counting. No overage: when you outgrow the allowance you move up a plan.

When the trial ends

After 14 days, or past 500 orders or 2,000 listings, the account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Pick a plan and it all comes back as you left it.

QUESTIONS

What sellers ask
before they start.

Straight answers.
Guides, more answers and status ↗

How does it connect to Whatnot?

Through Whatnot's official Seller API. You sign in on Whatnot's own page and grant Resale Station access; you can revoke it there any time. Nothing scrapes or automates the Whatnot website, and we never see or store your Whatnot password.

What hardware does the studio need?
  • A laptop in each studio with Chrome, signed in to the studio screen under its own Studio login. Nothing to install - no extension.
  • A barcode scanner (any USB scanner that types).
  • A DYMO LabelWriter, with DYMO's free DYMO Connect software, for buyer labels, bin labels and mystery-lot barcodes.
  • For the time clock: any tablet on the wall with a camera.
  • Bins. Numbered containers on shelves. The system prints the labels.
I only sell on eBay. Is it still for me?

Yes — the Sell plan is exactly that: one click to connect, orders in, every buyer offer answered against your own floors with the reasoning written out, and your catalogue kept in sync. Add the repricer if you want prices moved on a schedule. You just won't use the studio side.

What about Poshmark?

Not yet. We cross-list to Poshmark in our own warehouse, but it isn't open to customers yet. Today Resale Station connects Whatnot, eBay and Walmart.

What happens when the 14 days are up?

Your account goes read-only: everything you loaded, scanned and set up is still there, and nothing is deleted. Pick a plan and it all comes back to life as you left it. The same happens if a trial passes 500 orders or 2,000 listings before the 14 days — the trial is for evaluating, not for running a large operation free.

How are orders and listings counted?

Orders are counted in the calendar month they land, across every connected marketplace, and the count resets on the 1st. Listings are your active listings right now, across your stores — a level, not a monthly count — and there is no overage on them; when you outgrow the allowance you move up a plan.

Is there a limit on crew logins?

No. Every plan includes as many logins as you have people. Each person gets their own login and a role — owner, manager, supervisor, puller, packer, streamer, or the tablet on the wall.

Can I bring my inventory over from SkuVault?

Yes, on the Warehouse plan. There is an import for SkuVault history, and your locations, products and costs come with it.

Who can see my data?

Your company, and only your company. Every row belongs to one company and the database enforces it — not just the screens — and we test that fence by signing in as real users of two different companies before every change ships. Marketplace connections are grants you can revoke on the marketplace's side. We never store an eBay, Whatnot or Poshmark password.

How do I get help?

Email [email protected], any hour of any day. Our technology assistants answer around the clock and a person steps in for anything they cannot settle. We run our own warehouse on this system, so that person has usually had your problem.
